I own these headphones in the color Moonstone Blue. I wear them for both sensory dampening and music/podcasts. I prefer these to in earbuds for long term wear. These are SO comfy, and the sound quality is great. The charge super quickly and last a long time (if you remember to power them off after use.)

If you are looking for something more discreet, Loop earplugs are a good alternative. I also own these and I love that they come with the ability to adjust what level of noise protection you need. They also come with 3 different size ear inserts to ensure a more comfortable experience.

This weighted blanket comes in several weights and colors. These are ideal for calming anxiety, or supporting regulation. I’ve got this on my list and dream of coming up under here with my iPad and some coffee!

This is a super solid and quality fidget option, with a heavier “hand feel” and the ability to roll in multiple ways. They come in junior and adult sizes and multiple color options. A bit of any investment but will hold up better than all the cheapy plastic fidgets on the market.

My husband and I fought over this at our son’s school meeting. If you like the sensation of playing with dough and prefer a firmer squish you’ll love this one.

A shower chair has been a game changer for me especially during POTS flares and burnout. I’ve been through multiple flimsy plastic ones that have broken within a few months. When youre ready to invest in one check out this gorgeous solid teak option.

I have been eyeing picky pads for a while as someone who deals with constant skin picking that can be painful and damaging to my skin. This could be beneficial for anxiety, autism, OCD, excoriation.

This rollator is definitely an investment but could be a present several members contribute to or help you work toward. I have this rollator in the color Morning Blue and both me and my mom love it. It is extremely light weight, easily collapsible and very smooth. I love having the ability to sit anytime and anywhere. I got the attachable cup holder and it comes with a pouch that is easily accesible to my kids for water bottles, wallet etc. This has been a game changer for the zoo, vacations and long outings.

As a mom who was tired of microwaving my coffee 16x a day, my heated mug was an awesome gift. It has an app that you can use to set your ideal temp. This model does not need a docking plate and is cheaper than some of alternative brands (and has better reviews.)

This is a similar more cost effective way to achieve the same thing. Unlike the mug above it DOES have a hot surface so you will need to be mindful of littles with this one.

I LOVE A NECK AND SHOULDER HEAT. If you have chronic illness, headache or are just super stressed neck an shoulders seem to take the biggest hit. I’ve really enjoyed having the ability to soothe this area with a heating pad designed just for it.

I own MULTIPLE of these guys, and I haven’t found anything that works better. I’ve tried a ton of the smooth, gel based hats and found that they only stay cold for 15 minutes. THIS ONE HOLDS UP, the cold last for a looong time. I have 2 in my freezer at all time and once one gets cool I switch it out and refreeze the first one. If you get headaches or neck pain, you need the headache hat.

I have this Fitbit NOT because I excercie but because it helps be keep track of my heart rate (re: POTS) and helps me track and support my sleep. With my Fitbit I learned that I get way too little deep sleep and have been taking supplements to support better sleep.

Some pretty little markers for coloring and making! They come in 2 color sets pair with your current coloring book :)

I own these in black. During pregnancy and beyond I appreciated the accesbility of no-hands and no bending. When I am in a POTS flare, or fishing out the door with 2 shoeless kids these have been a game changer.
